I utilize my work and life experience, education and coaching skills to help faciliate deep transformational change in both individuals and groups. I accomplished this via speaking, training, and 1-1 coaching. I especially love training organizations to help create a coaching culture in their organization, and taking a coach approach to leading and growing their employees. This video is a sample of my speaking style as well as the introduction to my short-course A Coach Approach to Growing your Employees. The course can be delivered in the form of a 30-minute breakout or a half or full day workshop.

Another topic that I passionate about is The Inner Game - Performance, Learning, and Enjoyment @ Work

In his best selling book The Inner Game of Tennis, author and excutive coach Tim Gallwey states that in every human endeavor there are two arenas of engagement: The outer game which is played on an external arena to reach an external goal, and an inner game that takes place within the mind and is played against such obstacles as fear, self-doubt, lapses in focus, and limiting concepts or assumptions.

In his subsequent book The Inner Game of Work, Gallwey applies his inner game theory to the employee and workplace. This talk can serve as a stand-alone breakout session that can be given in 45-90 minutes and will introduce the participants to the essential inner game concepts, and provide the practical tools that will help employees overcome the self-imposed obstacles that prevent an individual or team from accessing their full potential and finding personal fulfillment @ work.

One of my favorite topics to speak on is The Method of Loci - A full-proof way to speaking without notes. In this session the participants are exposed to the ancient method of loci and how it can be used to speak in any speech of any length completely note free. This method substitutes images for the words, concepts, and themes of the speech, and then places those images in various memory locations throughout the brain for easy recall. You can read more about it in my article: The Method of Loci – a proven method for note-free public speakingThis speech is ideal if you need a short-talk or break out session.
