Judith Wilson is one of only 600 International Coach Federation Master Certified Coaches, worldwide. She has also consulted, coached or trained over 5000 leaders globally.  Judith is known for her expertise in leadership development and employee excellence training and coaching.  She specializes in communication,  relationships and career pathing. 

Her experience includes working with organizations of five employees, to organizations of three hundred and fifty thousand employees, with executive level officers, boards of directors, middle management and front-line field staff.  Judith assists organizations ranging from finance, biotech, education, pharmaceutical, technology, consulting, municipal government, nonprofit and social services agencies, and more. Some of the past and present clients she has worked with include: Genentech, Adobe, Kohl’s, InterMune, Deloitte US Firms, Varian Inc., GSK, Visa USA, Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, Boston Scientific, American Express,  City of Oakland, Kaiser Permanente Educational Department, Institute of Human and Social Development, East Bay Housing Organization, Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, Partners for School Innovation, Haas  School of Business, Asian Pacific Islander Health Foundation,  YMCA, Goodwill, and others.  Judith is regularly called upon to provide executive coaching and training for the Ken Blanchard Companies and CompassPoint Nonprofit Services.

Judith is a highly engaging facilitator and trainer, best known for her unique style that moves people to turn their own learning into commitment and action, quickly. Born in England (yes she’s got that twang!) Judith is the creator of multiple programs in Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders™, Strategic Team Effectiveness Planning™, P.R.E.P’s – Performance Review and Excellence Planning System, and is a certified trainer of Situational Leadership® and Managing Conflict™. She is a certified 360˚ assessment provider and interpreter. 

Judith has lived in, worked in and/or visited fifty-four countries and islands from South America to the Middle East to Thailand. She was educated in England and professionally trained at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. Judith is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach, the highest certification available. She is also a Certified Facilitator and has taught coaching at John. F. Kennedy University and around the world.
