Pam Van Dyke is an organizational development consultant who has over 26 years of professional experience, including 14 years in the behavioral healthcare field.  The last 12 years, Pam has primarily worked at the corporate level of organizations.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Masters of Arts in Counseling, a Masters of Arts in Management, a Masters of Arts in Education, and a Masters of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems.  Currently, Pam is working on a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University. 

        Currently Pam works at Bell Helicopter as the Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness.  In this capacity she works closely with both the senior leadership of the Company and of the Union as an agent of change.  In this capacity she is seeking to bridge the implementation of company’s strategy towards transitioning the organization’s culture towards joint involvement to improve employee relations, productivity and profitability.

 

           Additionally, for the past ten years Pam has been an adjunct Professor at the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management in Dallas, Texas and the past two years at the University of Texas at Arlington, College of Business of Administration.  When her schedule permits, Pam is the principle in her own consulting practice, Insight Development where she is an executive coach specializing in helping leaders optimize performance and avoid career derailment.  Pam is also a frequent national speaker at annual conferences of the Society of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development Network.  Pam is a professional member of the Organizational Development Network and International Coach Federation.
