Breon teaches and writes about mindfulness and resilience to help people feel more in control of their lives. Her work is dedicated to helping people become the fullest expressions of themselves.

Her interactive programs provide practical solutions for stress-reduction while helping to elevate relationships, efficiency and performance. 

Breon has had the honor of teaching programs in stress reduction and well-being to influential leaders across generations and disciplines. Whether teaching U.S. Army sergeants, corporate executives, or young, aspiring leaders, Breon has learned that leaders from all walks of life can benefit from sharpening mental and emotional skills that seed the soil for genuine innovation and positive change.  

Breon loves learning, and has had the fortune of studying with some of the world’s leading thinkers in well-being. She earned a Master’s in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and has completed in-depth training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at University of Massachusetts Medical under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. Breon also received an Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation.
