Dr. Bob Royall brings a lifetime of experience in calling forth the best in persons and organizations through coaching, mentoring, teaching, and consulting. His years as a professional coach, seminary educator, collegiate minister, and supervisor have uniquely equipped him to help persons focus their lives to achieve their highest personal and professional goals.

A member of the International Coach Federation and the Georgia Coach Association, Bob also serves as Vice President for Coaching with Lead Plus, a leadership development organization and is an affiliate coach for Coach Approach Ministries.

Bob brings to coaching a passion, experience and in-depth study in the field of leader-shaping and organizational leadership. As a seminary educator, he taught such courses as Foundations For Ministry, Ministry and Leadership, Spiritual Formation, and Collegiate Ministry. During his tenure as Doctor of Ministry Director at Golden Gate Seminary, the program experienced significant growth as new cohorts in Spiritual Leadership, Collegiate Ministry, and Ministry Coaching were pioneered. He also partnered with leading Korean practitioners in launching a Korean bilingual D.Min.
